Eastbound Hoedown Summer Music Festival Avondale, New Foundland

Eastbound Park is located in Avondale, Newfoundland and is home to the two-day country/rock music festival, Eastbound Hoedown. As a two year old festival, Eastbound Hoedown is rocking it: over 5,000 attendees annually, 50 acres of camping, and a lifetime of memories. The concept was born in the fall of 2013 and the team was quickly introduced to 542 Entertainment’s President, Billie Jo Aasen. With attendance rapidly growing and the festival quickly becoming a house hold name, Eastbound Hoedown has no intention of slowing down any time soon.

Extreme Mudfest is a three-day mud and music festival, we’re all about the mud and the music! Tucked away in the quiet town of Bonnyville, Alberta, Extreme has been making some major noise! With thousands of attendees, three days of camping and extreme sports, this festival is soon to become one of Canada’s best Country Music Festivals. 2015 is the first ever Extreme Mudfest with plans to add two more shows to the festival series in 2016. Locations have already been scouted and producers are planning. Dawson Creek Exhibition planned by 542 Entertainment

Dawson Creek Exhibition and Stampede is a five-day exhibition and rodeo. It has been running for 93 years in BC’s beautiful Dawson Creek. To kick off these five days of events ,Dawson Creek Exhibition and Stampede hosts a major concert on the Tuesday night. Following the concert kick off, all five days are jam-packed with entertainment, including two concerts a day, and a noon show.  To top it all off, there is a show in the watering hole to keep attendees dancing way into the night. 542 Entertainment is proud to handle all of their entertainment needs including: Talent buying, production, and stage management.

Canola Fest is a one day jam packed event at Peace Island Park in Taylor B.C. Coming out with a bang in 2015, the first time event sold out! Canola Fest is the dream child of Fort St. John’s local radio station, Moose FM. Organizers of the event, Moose FM and Sound in Town, gave honorariums to local groups to help staff the event.  In the end, $17,800 will go back to non-profit groups in our community. The groups that benefit included the Sunrise Rotary Club, the Kin Club of Fort St. John, Northern Dance Theatre Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fort St. John, The High School Rodeo Association and Big Bam Ski Hill.

Misconduct winery is a magical place. Nestled in the heart of Naramata BC, Misconduct winery is selling wine by the barrel! Armstrong IPE is a five day Rodeo and Exhibition nestled in the quite town of Armstrong BC. The IPE showcases over ten multi-genre musical performances per day as well as a full exhibition, evening rodeo, and late night barn dance.

Lloydminster’s Colonial Days Fair takes place July 13th – 16th, 2016. Hosting numerous events including midway rides (from mild to wild), skill testing games, outstanding entertainment each night – free to the public, agriculture and livestock shows, along with special feature events like grandstand concerts, chuckwagon racing, demolition derby and MORE!


The Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association has been in existence since 1904 and is a not-for-profit community organization. The Association is primarily operated by a strong base of at least 400 volunteers, complemented by 25 dedicated full time employees and upwards of 180 casual part-time employees. We are proud to host over 900 activity days with 200,000 visitors annually.


Every year, during the Canada Day July 1st long weekend, Williams Lake, BC, rolls out the welcome mat! Visitors come from far and wide to enjoy several days of Canadian Professional Rodeo Association action at the Williams Lake Stampede.
